I was going to run 5k today, but it appears I tweaked a nerve somewhere in the butteal region, so just jogging to my truck on a call bothered it. I may have to lay off the lower body stuff for a few days. We'll see what tomorrow's WOD brings.
Where to begin...I'm a generally active guy, been CrossFitting for about 6 months with a few short hiatuses (not sure that's a word...oh well). I'm a firefighter in the US Air Force, currently training to try out for our department's Firefighter Combat Challenge team. In my free time I like to be in nature, so I spend as much time as I can hiking, mountain biking, bouldering, camping, etc. I also love to just hang out at home and read or lurk on the Brand X forum, lol.
