Goals 2009

23 HSPU (10-9-4)

I've been thinking about it and I think I need to list out my goals for the year...not necessarily so I can accomplish them, but just so I can stay on point with my training.

My Goals for 2009:
1. Deadlift 375lbs.
2. Back Squat 250lbs.
3. Press 150lbs.
4. Power Clean bodyweight
5. Hold a full Handstand for at least a minute
6. Flag for at least 30 seconds
7. One-arm Pull-up
8. Sub-15-minute 3/4 Angie

This isn't a complete list...I'll edit and add more later.
